A Summer Program to Remember
Summer break is right around the corner so we want to invite your young learner to join our Around the World summer program. Around the World is filled with exploration and fun! Students take a voyage, experiencing different STEAM activities in each country they visit! They will explore many cultures through hands-on provocations, sensory experiences, foreign language, music and special visitors! It is sure to be a summer your child will never forget!
Our summer program, takes advantage of our own proprietary Reggio Emilia curriculum, DAVINCI KIDS, and features visits to Australia, Italia, China, France, Japan, Kenya, Argentina, India, and Germany, with a one week “visit” in each country.
Around the World is for children 6 weeks – 8 years old and runs from June 1st – July 31st. Summer program hours are 8am – 5pm with before and after care available. Tuition includes a morning and afternoon snack, daily catered lunch, and all of the materials your child will need to explore the world with us.
The Importance of Diversity
The Montessori trained teachers at our preschool know the importance of developing children into world-minded individuals. This has been a key concept in the Montessori educational philosophy since the early 20th century when Maria Montessori began educating children. The best way to develop an understanding and appreciation for diversity from a young age is by finding ways to frequently expose students to a variety of cultures from a young age. Our Around the World summer program is designed to facilitate this learning in a fun, lasting, and meaningful way.
